High current 5A constant current constant voltage LED driven lithium-ion battery charging power module.

This module is easy to use and powerful, integrating 3 essential functions into one compact design suitable for most electronic applications.

⚠️ Safety Note: Please do not use the input ground and output ground of the module together. This causes the current sampling resistance to be bypassed, preventing current adjustment and potentially burning the power supply chip.

Scope of Application & Usage

1. General Step-Down Module

  • Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to your desired output.
  • Measure output short circuit current with a 10A multimeter and adjust the CC potentiometer to set the overcurrent protection value.

2. Battery Charging

  • Determine floating voltage and charge current.
  • Adjust output voltage to floating charge level under no-load.
  • Set charging current using the multimeter short-circuit method.
  • Default lamp turn current is 0.1x of the set charging current.

3. High-Power LED Drive

  • Set output voltage to the LED's maximum working voltage.
  • Adjust the CC potentiometer to set the specific LED working current.
  • Note: Strengthen heat dissipation if using above 3A or 35W.
