1. High strength and heavy load design
Using forging + precision machining, the overall rigidity is strong and can withstand the impact of instantaneous high torque. The key stress-bearing surface is surface quenched + ground, with a hardness of HRC58~62 and excellent wear resistance.
2. Precise transmission and reliable meshing
The coaxiality between the spline and the journal is ≤0.02mm, ensuring smooth meshing of the first gear/clutch without impact. 1:1 size interchangeable with the original factory.
3. Efficient heat dissipation and long life
The shaft body is designed with an internal oil passage to ensure sufficient lubrication and heat dissipation during high-speed operation, reducing the risk of thermal fatigue.
4. Core functions
As a first-speed power hub, it connects the input shaft and the first-speed planetary gear/clutch to achieve low-speed and high-torque output. Combined with the hydraulic clutch, power shifting is achieved with quick response.
