What is the expected delivery time?
Standard lead time for distributors is approximately 25 days. For OEM orders, the first delivery takes 40-45 days after deposit and detail confirmation; repeat orders take about 35 days.
Can I request free samples before ordering?
Yes, we can provide 2 to 3 free samples. However, the customer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs.
