Do you offer any design services for machined parts?
We do have design capabilities but the customer must approve and assume responsibility for the final design. Please submit fully defined product specs including CAD models and estimated usage.
Do you provide samples? What is the lead time?
Yes, we provide samples for evaluation. Sample lead time is usually 1-2 weeks. Costs vary depending on complexity and may be refundable upon production orders.
What manufacturing equipment do you have in your facility?
Our facility includes 26 CNC Machining Centers, 18 CNC Turning Machines (Lathes), and 8 Automatic Lathes, allowing us to handle diverse precision parts.
What are your typical production lead times?
Simple parts can be made in as little as one week. More complex features will take longer. Shipping takes 3-7 days by air-express or 15-30 days by ocean globally.
How long can I expect to receive a quote?
We generally provide a competitive quote within 24 hours, and no longer than 48 hours for complex projects.
