Tooling and sample order with 50% deposit -> Internal development meeting -> Design and house-made mold/fixture/gauge -> Material procurement -> Machining -> Inspection -> Sample delivery with initial report.

How long is the manufacturing lead time for mass production?

Mass Production typically takes 90 days after sample approval. We can arrange special production effectively for urgent needs.

How do you deal with quality problems?

We perform APQP at early stages, implement strict patrol inspections, and conduct final audit checks on packed goods prior to dispatch to ensure all requirements are met.

What are your standard payment terms?

Generally, we request 50% tooling fee in advance with the balance upon sample acceptance. For production, we prefer 50% deposit and the balance by T/T before shipping.

How long does shipping take from China?

By Sea: Approx 6-7 weeks to Europe (including customs) and 2-3 weeks to US ports. By Air: Approx 7 days to all major destinations.
