The facility currently occupies a standard factory area of 20,000 square meters, comprising of mold workshop, material cutting workshop, hot forging workshop, machining workshop, and quality inspection workshop. Core production equipment is imported from Germany, Japan, and other countries. Production capabilities cover the entire process from mold design, forging, machining to packaging and delivery.

The forging production line consists of seven 630-ton to 4000-ton hot die forging presses and electric screw presses. The machining workshop is equipped with over 40 machining devices and more than 10 specialized testing equipment. Currently, the factory has the capacity to produce various precision forged parts ranging from 0.1kg to 100kg, with an annual production capacity of approximately 15,000 tons.
