Lube Oil Polishing System to improve color grade (TYR series)
The TYR series diesel decolorization filtration machine consists of a vacuum filtration system and an oil deodorizer system. It utilizes a vacuum system to quickly and effectively remove impurities and restore the oil color to its original state.
This machine uses a special additive for discoloration which is purely natural and highly efficient. It is suitable for treating red diesel oil, hydraulic oil, machinery oil, coolant oil, cooking oil, and coconut oil across various industries including mining, metallurgy, electricity, transportation, and food manufacturing.
The treated oil is clear and transparent. The process adopts purely physical treatment without breaking down the oil components. It can also be integrated with waste oil distillation plants to improve dark oil color significantly after distillation.

The reclamation process efficiently removes carbon contamination, acids, oxidation by-products, color bodies, wear metals, and most chemical additives.
