Mold Design & Manufacturing

We design and manufacture all molds in-house, ensuring full control over quality, lead time, and cost. Our experienced engineering team works closely with customers to optimize part design for die casting, considering factors such as wall thickness, draft angle, gate location, and ejection system.

We use advanced CAD/CAM software and CNC machining centers to produce precision molds with tight tolerances. Mold flow analysis is conducted for each new tool to simulate filling and solidification.

CNC Machining & Powder Coating

We operate an in-house CNC machining workshop with drilling, tapping, turning, and milling centers for precise post-casting operations. All critical dimensions are verified with CMM and digital inspection tools. Our integrated surface finishing line offers powder coating with anti-corrosion and anti-UV properties.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a professional factory established in 1992, equipped with our own mold, die casting, and CNC machining workshops.
What are your main products and annual capacity?
We specialize in aluminum, magnesium, and zinc alloy die castings. Our annual capacity is approximately 1,000,000 pieces (10,000 tons), supported by die casting machines ranging from 200T to 2500T.
What certifications do you hold for quality assurance?
We hold ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and TÜV Germany certifications, ensuring our processes meet international automotive and industrial standards.
Do you accept OEM or custom designs?
Yes, OEM/ODM projects are welcome. We can work directly from 3D drawings, physical samples, or functional requirements with our in-house engineering team.
How is quality control managed during production?
We perform inspections at every stage: raw material verification, in-process monitoring, and final testing using CMM, spectrometers, and leak testing for 100% critical dimension accuracy.
What are your typical lead times?
Generally, samples take 15-25 days for mold development and testing, while bulk production typically requires 25-35 days depending on complexity and volume.
