Fire-resistant Oil Filter Machine
The LYC-E series phosphate ester fire-resistant oil filter machine adopts a modular design. Its basic model is a primary precision filtration oil filter machine. The precision filtration filter element uses ultra-fine fiber filtering material as the filter core, with a large filtration area which is 3 to 15 times that of ordinary filter materials.
It has high filtration efficiency and can effectively remove suspended solids, microorganisms, rust, and more. The scientific design and compact structure enable it to withstand high filtration pressure. The unique deep mesh structure provides extremely high pollutant absorption capacity. On the basis of the basic model, a regeneration filtration module can be added.
Key Feature: Phosphate ester fire-resistant oil is synthetic but prone to decomposition when moisture is present under high-temperature operation. This decomposition forms strong acids that accelerate oil deterioration and corrode hydraulic equipment. Our regenerative filtration module utilizes strong-polarity silicon-aluminum adsorbent technology to effectively reduce acid values and increase oil resistivity.
